Based on research conducted for the Russian Space Program, it was determined that muscle tissue actually responds better to a certain stimulus produced within a specific frequency range (see chart). Our machine is designed to provide the necessary stimulus within that ideal range. Additionally, because our vibration platform moves within a displacement range of only a few centimeters, there is even less impact on your joints than normal activities such as walking for example! And unlike other WBV machines, our patented technology simulates normal body movement and is therefore more natural feeling and fun to use.
Research from all over the World
Vibration exercise technology has come a long way from the “shaking machines” of the 1940′s. Scientific research has shown vibration technology and vibration exercise to be a valuable tool for health, fitness, longevity and mobility. Below you will find research conducted on vibration exercise and vibrating plate exercise machine technology from respected Universities and medical clinics all over the world.
